We stand by our commitment to providing an exceptional coffee experience through our Peak Freshness Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the insane freshness of your coffee order, we will replace it with a new one.
Quality Assurance:
All of our coffee is graded at the excellent level by professional Q-Graders, which are formally trained by the Specialty Coffee Association to grade specialty coffees. We ensure that each bean is carefully sourced from its country of origin, and we roast them to perfection to bring out their unique flavors and aromas. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best tasting coffee possible.
Replacement Process:
In the rare case that you are not satisfied with the freshness of your coffee order, please reach out to our customer service team within three days of receiving your order. We will promptly process your request and ship you a new order at no extra cost to you.
