At I Prefer Craft Coffee, we roast, process, and ship
fresh specialty grade small batch coffees that are sourced responsibly
from independent farms. We control the process from start-to-finish, and
emphasize the importance of quality by carefully hand-picking our
coffees, roasting them to perfection, and shipping them at peak
freshness. Each bag is labeled and packed by hand, as we believe it
provides the special touch that all handmade products deserve.
I love spreading love and all around good vibes, so I ALWAYS pick random packages throughout the week to include complimentary craft coffee samples, stickers, etc. It's my way of saying thanks for supporting what I love, which is roasting fresh high scored specialty coffee for you!
Our small batch coffee is roasted in-house. We roast and ship
all coffee orders placed by 11AM EST on the same day (Monday -
Friday).
Our coffee is roasted-to-order, which means your coffee
is roasted fresh after you place your order.

**WE HAVE DISCONTINUED SELLING THROUGH LOCAL VENDORS.
We offer an array of different roast profiles depending on the craft coffee bean or blend you select.
Typically, we always offer Light, Medium, and Dark roasts; however, our Dark Roasts are roasted to a lighter Dark Roast (FullCity+). If you'd like a darker roast profile than FullCity+, we can accommodate this when you apply & are accepted into our Exclusive Coffee Club subscription.
All of our glassware is decorated in the United States. All of our glassware is sourced from the United States & Europe.

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on 3 or more bags of our awesome small batch coffee. You can use code CoffeeShipsFree during checkout. However, this code is only valid for US addresses & 3 or more bags of coffee.
We will cancel all orders that do not follow our free shipping on coffee guidelines.
When/If we offer Free Shipping on glassware and gear, your order is shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post, or USPS First Class Package Service. We do not offer expedited mail classes when we provide free shipping.
No, you cannot combine or stack promotional codes and/or offers. You
must choose one promotion. For example, you cannot combine a 15% off promotional code with free shipping or any other offer. Promotional codes are NOT applicable on Preorders.
We always recommend hand washing your craft beer glassware with a ph neutral dish soap.
The majority of our glassware is dishwasher-safe; however, dishwasher detergent is very harsh and can potentially degrade the artwork and glassware over time.
**Note, Artwork that is produced with precious metals:
Hand Wash Only (Ph Neutral Soap) Using a dish washing machine will severely damage the precious metal ink. Precious Metal Colors: Bright Platinum Metallic & Bright Gold Metallic
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please send us an email if you are
interested in our craft beer glasses and your country is not listed.
**Note, The buyer is responsible for all international taxes, fees, duties, and tariffs.
Our shipping charges are based on the delivery method, size, weight, as well as the delivery destination.
We have a shipping rates calculator that's available when you add items to your cart, so you can estimate the cost before the checkout process!
We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products, as each product is custom made.
We package every craft beer glass very carefully. If your craft beer glassware arrives broken,
please notify us via e-mail with a photo of the broken glass in the
original packaging within 48 hours. We will rectify the issue
immediately.
