Shipping policy
At I Prefer Craft Coffee, we understand that when you order your coffee, you're eager to get your hands on it as soon as possible. And that's why we pride ourselves on our same-day shipping policy! As long as you place your order by 12PM EST Monday through Friday, we'll make sure your package is sent out to you the very same day.
But here's the thing: once your package leaves our hands, we're at the mercy of the shipping gods. And we know that sometimes, they can be a little temperamental. Sometimes, packages can take longer to arrive than expected. Sometimes, they get lost or delayed along the way. And sometimes, there are other factors that are completely out of our control.
That being said, we want you to know that we'll do everything we can to rectify any issues that may arise during shipping. Whether it's a lost package, a delayed delivery, or something else entirely, we're committed to making sure you have a positive experience with I Prefer Craft Coffee.
