Grinding early is flavor murder. Oxygen attacks coffee faster than a toddler attacks a cupcake.
Do this instead:
Grind right before brewing
Store beans in the bag with a one-way valve
Keep beans in a cool, dark cabinet
Never store next to the stove (heat kills flavor)
